Lay out pork chops to allow them to get to room temperature. Then tenderize with a kitchen mallet.Â

Combine all dry ingredients with flour in a large bowl. Then beat the eggs with the milk in a separate bowl.

Put shortening in a skillet and heat on medium to medium-high. You want the shortening to be about 350*F. Be careful not to get the skillet too hot. Â
