Description

This recipe calls for Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, but if you don't want to use a canned version you can make your own!

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  1. In a large skillet brown the beef over medium heat, till there is no more pink.

  1. Add the corn, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, black pepper, and bacon to the skillet and mix well.

  1. In a 9x13 pan greased layer the beef mixture, and cheese on top of that then finally line up your tater tots along the dish and bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.

  1. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes or until melted.

Note

Adding Sriracha on top of the tater tots before baking adds extra flavor! You could also use thinly sliced baby potatoes instead. Tater tots are just simple and easy because you just pull them out of your freezer, and kids will love it even more!
